I've watched him grow as a person and witnessed his story develop year upon year.  From working in a call centre to opening his one man show at the Sydney Opera House, he truly is one of the most inspiring people I know. He is also hilarious and spending time with him only leaves you uplifted.

When George asked me to shoot the day of preparations leading up to the 1st evening of his debut show in London, I jumped at the chance. I really wanted to concentrate on behind the scenes, the nerves, the stress, the excitement. George is a dream to photograph and we have plans in the pipeline for future shoots.

Ladies and gentlemen...... I give you Le Gateau Chocolat.
